Capers 2004
This year the Erith & Crayford 'Capers' Gangshow performed its third show as a Gangshow. With over 80 in the cast plus the 'mini gang (beavers), 'Capers' has really grown in a hugely successful show. Our 2004 show had a huge range of song & sketches from Mary Poppins as our Showtime item to a little magic in Spellbound. We also paid tribute to the man who started Gangshow - Ralph Reader, singing a variety of songs that were written by him for Gangshow. VIPs who visited the show included Harbars Batter (Deputy Mayor of Bexley), Chris Ball (Councilor), Ron Meyer (Member of the original gangshow team), Diane Swaisland (new County Commissioner of GLSE), Bill Gunn (A.C.C International for GLSE), Brenda Miller (Divisional Guide Commissioner), and Alison Bruce (Guide County Commissioner for GLK). |
