Capers 2003. Our second year as The Erith & Crayford 'Capers' Gang Show and what a show it was. This year we entertained people the sketches 4 Little Fellas, Aladdin, Rural England, Joys Of Scouting, Drinkenstein, The Deep, I've Got You Babe and Opera Time. This years musical numbers included The Great Outdoors, Och the Noo, Summer Holiday, Surfin' and Show Time

The cast worked exceptionally hard this year and all their hard work was rewarded. You can see some of the comments below in the review box of what people thought of the show. All the production team had great comments about the show but it is worth pausing a second to underline this historical moment in 'Capers' history. 'It was simply the best show we've done. There have been very few shows during my 36 years of being involved with Gang Show that have been of the same standard or better!' Kevin Murphy said. As he says himself ' For me to admit that, is something in itself'!

All the departments that pull together to support 'Capers' did exceptionally well this year, but a special thank you must go to 'Keyboard Katie'. Our 15 year old keyboard player who revitalised our show, well done Katy and thanks for your hard work.

Visitors to this years show included Ron Meyer (a member of a gangshow who worked with Ralph Reader and the person who wrote the sketch Aladdin!), The Wellingborough Gangshow, Thameside Gangshow, our local Mayor and Bill Gun (ACC).

Well the family that is 'Capers' gets stronger every year, who can possibly imagine what 2004 has in store!
